I do not. I recommend eating a diet rich in food that comes from the earth, or whole food. This type of eating is very anti-inflammatory and high in nutritional value. It also limits foods that are very commonly allergenic. I think that you have to find what works best for you and if that leads you to one of the above mentioned diets, then that’s what is best for you. I think they all have merit, but I do believe everyone of us is different and has different chemistry, food sensitivities and hormones, and it’s not a one size fits all approach.
