What are the least inflammatory foods?

Vegetables and foods high in omega 3 fatty acids.  Green vegetables are very alkaline, which help neutralize a highly acid environment, which helps with inflammation.  Vegetables are hands down the healthiest food you can eat because they are loaded with water, soluble fiber, vitamins and minerals and low in sugar.  Another great food is raw nuts and seeds.  Along with avocado, salmon, coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil.  These foods are high in healthy fat, which helps to lower inflammation.
